Boat and Beyond reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions). By agreement trip can be rescheduled to another day within 6 months from the tour date or company will make full refund.

Boat and Beyond reserves the right to change the trip itinerary and/or destination if weather (wind, waves) does not allow to execute the trip itinerary

Client has the right to cancel a booking up to 10  day(s) prior to the tour date. In this case we will refund full payment minus bank fee; From 5 day(s) up to 1 day before the tour date we reserves the right charge up to 15% cancellation fee;

In case of cancellation in 1 day or less from the tour date/time or “No Show”, we will charge up to 100% invoice amount cancellation fee

In case of raining ( but not windy or high wave which the tour can be safety operated ) client has the right to reschedule to another day within 6 months from the tour date ( subjected to availability ) , please inform us 2 hours in advance of the trip otherwise there will be additional charge for food sets.  However, it’s client’s decision to go on the trip, we have the right not to refund any fee if the tour cannot be operated to all stops
