Boat and Beyond reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions. By agreement, the trip can be rescheduled to another day within 6 months from the original tour date (subject to availability), or the company will make a full refund for cancellations due to weather or safety conditions. In other cases, if the client wishes to cancel, 15% of the total will be charged.
Boat and Beyond may alter the trip itinerary and/or destination if weather conditions, such as wind or waves, prevent the scheduled itinerary from being executed.
In the event of rain (provided it is not accompanied by high winds or rough waves that would affect safety), clients have the option to reschedule the trip to another day within 6 months from the original tour date, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance of the trip to avoid additional charges for food sets. However, it is the client's decision to go on the trip, and we retain the right not to refund any fee if the tour cannot be operated to all stops.
Clients have the right to cancel a booking up to 10 days prior to the tour date. In such cases, we will refund the full payment, minus any applicable bank fees. Cancellations made between 5 days and 1 day before the tour date are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15%.
If a booking is canceled within 1 day or less from the tour date/time, or if the client does not show up, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the invoice amount will be charged.
Clients who modify their booking from a full-day trip to a half-day trip or change their tour destination within 5 days of departure will receive a refund, if applicable, of the price difference between the full-day and half-day trips, minus a 15% processing fee. Refunds will be issued in cash.
Please be advised that your driver will be available for you for a waiting time of 15 minutes. After that, there will be a charge of 200 THB for any additional wait time.
